Join EnRoute 2 Success, in collaboration with Spiced Silk, for The Reset: Mind, Body, Soul, a guided yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Following the session, participants are invited to stay for light refreshments and a wellness discussion led by Registered Nurse Vanielle Francis-Watt, owner of Spiced Silk, focused on maintaining overall well-being.
The session is open to all levels and will be guided by Melanie Simmons, Certified Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor.
