The Reset: Infrared Sauna + Sound Healing Experience
On Saturday, April 4th from 9:00–11:00 AM, we’re hosting an intimate wellness experience designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and leave you glowing from the inside out.
- Begin with a one hour guided sound healing session with Lauren Moore
- Then transition into our infrared sauna suites
- Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed
Infrared sauna with chromotherapy benefits may include:

Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies and instruments such as crystal singing bowls to help shift the body into a parasympathetic (rest and restore) state.
