The Reset: A Wellness Day Retreat with Lina Nielsen

Join us for an afternoon of movement, connection and self-care!
We’re so excited to be hosting a special wellness event in London with our ambassador, Olympian and yoga teacher Lina Nielsen.
Taking place on Saturday 6th June at a beautiful East London studio, this event is all about creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and spend time with others who just get it.
Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a practice, Lina will guide us through an accessible, adaptive yoga session, followed by some breathwork and reflective activities designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing.

• Gentle arrivals and a warm welcome
• Intention setting to ground the day
• Adaptive yoga (suitable for all levels and abilities)
• Time to connect over lunch
• Breathwork, journalling, and creative collaging
• A relaxed, supportive space to unwind and socialise

This event is specifically for young adults living with MS, providing a chance to meet others who understand what you're going through and to build meaningful connections.
