The Reset: A Men’s Mental Health Experience is an elevated evening centered around honest conversation, connection, and community. Hosted by Brain Storm Therapy, this experience was created to provide a safe and impactful space for men to openly discuss mental health, personal growth, relationships, pressure, healing, and the realities many face in silence.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated panel discussion featuring powerful voices and real stories, followed by a relaxed cigar social and networking experience designed to encourage meaningful conversation and authentic connection.
