Everyday Yoga
This workshop is beginner-friendly and open to everyone. No yoga experience needed. You’ll be guided through gentle movement and restful, mindful practices designed to help you relax & feel at ease.
Somatic Movement
Gentle, mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with your body feels on the inside, rather than how it looks.

Yin Yoga
A quiet, slow paced yoga practice where you hold poses for several minutes to gently stretch deeper layers of the body.
- Supports the health of joints, ligaments, and fascia
- Promotes circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid
- Lengthens, releases and hydrates muscles
- Deep breathing supports the nervous system
Sound Bath
A meditative, immersive experience where participants lie down and are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes
Settles the mind to support meditation
Eases physical and emotional strain
Helps you feel more present and grounded
Leaves you feeling refreshed and reset
