The Release: A Rage Room Experience

Ready to let it all out? Brothas Healing, Inc. is bringing you an interactive experience that gives you a chance to smash, break, and throw in a safe, fun space designed just for blowing off steam. Before we release, we will discuss the emotions that we experience as black men with a few mental health professionals who are also black men to set the tone and also encourage healthy outlets for our emotions. Forget your worries and join us in person to experience the ultimate stress-busting session. It’s time to rage, release, and feel totally refreshed!

We start PROMPTLY at 12 PM, so please feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes early!

Info: This will be time for us to dissect the emotions that black men experience. Society tends to tell us that we're angry. Are we actually experiencing anger, or is it another emotion that is showing up outwardly as anger?

Info: This will be the start of the actual rage room activity

Info: We will conclude the event by reflecting on the experience, discussing healthy ways to process/handle our emotions going forward, and provide one take away tool for each attendee to use and apply.
