Whether your meditation practise is advanced or you're just beginning, this group Reiki Healing Meditation and Sound Bath experience will bring your practise to a deeper, more profound level.
The REIKI HEALING MEDITATION and SOUND BATH
Sound is music, and music is a sacred container of love, emotion, and life itself.
The pristine nature of sound will still the mind and bring us home within ourselves to feel a sense of comfort, safety, grounding, and stability.
Sometimes there are no words for the emotions we hold in our bodies and in our Chakras. The sound bath experience can allow us to access to these places and held emotions, and can open blockages we were not even aware we had.
