Mini Yoga Meditation Retreat in King City!
We invite you to join us for a blissful afternoon outdoors (if rainy or cold we will move the event indoors) to relax and rejuvenate at our Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and dinner event in King City which is only 45 minutes north of Toronto, 15 minutes west of Aurora and Newmarket, in gorgeous King City.
Unwind with a tranquil Hatha yoga session which is going to take place in our beautiful backyard weather permitting, followed by a meditation session.
Afterward, indulge in a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal with fellow participants.
Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with your real identity, the spirit soul that resides within your material body.
We are requesting a minimum donation of $10 towards the cost of food and sundries.
