'The Regalettes’ takes us back to the 1930s, the cinema decade spanning Hitchcock noir and classic Technicolor showstoppers. Celebrity and rural life clash head on when a new movie is set to premiere at the tiny Regal cinema in Bottledale. Comedy and intrigue ensues as our intrepid heroines The Reglettes suddenly find themselves at the heart of a very silly mystery. Prepare for a right ‘Regal’ night out, full of comedy, film, music, songs and clowning! Play by Kate Bramley, starring Pip Cook and Nell Baker, with original music and songs by Sony Award-wining singer songwriter Jez Lowe.
