What is Reflect, Reset, Reignite?
It is a face to face immersive and interactive workshop split into 3 distinct but linked parts. This live experience is your chance to step back, breathe, and give yourself the care and space to:
✨ Reflect – look back to bounce forward. See the lessons, wisdom, and patterns that got you here.
✨ Reset – get clear on where you are right now
✨ Reignite – where do you want to go? Here you will 'follow the tingle' and create a personalised, realistic, and aligned plan, set an intention for the coming 12 months and spark action to set you up for success - whatever that looks and feels like to you.
Together, we’ll design your 'bowling alley bumpers' – the boundaries and guides that will keep you focused, in your lane, and moving with confidence into the next chapter of your life.
