Humanist Coaching and the Yoni Mudra Art Gallery Present:The Red Thread Women's Embodiment Circle
A weekly women’s gathering to regulate, reconnect, and remember what matters.
Join us Wednesday evenings at the beautiful new Yoni Mudra Art Gallery in Downtown Kitchener for an intentional pause and a space to come back to yourself.
Each session begins with a grounding practice to help you shift out of “go mode” and gently land in your body.
From there, we circle up, move, explore, share and reflect. We honour our truth and let ourselves be seen. Expect laughter, and maybe some tears too.
This is your midweek reset. A space to exhale, clear your mind, connect, and remember what is most important.
Each Red Thread evening offers:
- A soft embodied method to release the day
- Introspection and self-exploration
- Real talk + laughter
- A new social circle
- A weekly opportunity for deeply impactful self-care

What to bring: journal, yoga mat, water
