Welcome to The Red List — an intimate holiday evening for those who move different. A private tasting, a velvet-soaked after party, and enough Champagne to toast to your own legend.
🥂 The Tasting Experience (6:00–9:00PM)
A luxurious, passed-course journey through Purley Caviar’s most sought-after selections, each paired with Taittinger Champagne. You'll sip, savor, and indulge as the owner of Purley and a Taittinger ambassador guide you through the night’s pairings — all while mingling in style and winter estate opulence.
This portion of the evening is invitation-only and extremely limited.

💃 The After Party (9:00PM–2:00AM)
Once the last sip is savored, the lights dip and the music takes over. Hosted by Ryan Houston & Reste, this is where velvet turns wild, secrets start to swirl, and the season slips into something a little more provocative.
