The Reconnection Ritual is a 3-hour immersive experience designed to help you step out of the busyness and back into your body, your breath, and your inner world.
This is your invitation to gently unplug from the external and reconnect with what truly matters.
Through a carefully curated blend of grounding practices, breathwork, yin yoga, and self-inquiry, you’ll be guided into a space of stillness and awareness, where clarity can arise and your inner voice can be heard again.

About Your Facilitator
Ash Butterss is a holistic transformation coach, breathwork facilitator, and host of the Behind The Smile podcast. She is known for creating safe, grounded spaces that allow people to slow down, release emotional weight, and reconnect with their truth. Through her work, she guides people back to themselves, helping them build a life that feels aligned, intentional, and deeply fulfilling.
