If you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, numb, burned out, or constantly on edge... welcome to being human in 2026!
We live in a culture that rewards urgency, optimization, and constant output. We spend more time on our devices than we do with people we love. And for many of us, the world is feeling increasingly polarized, frightening, and unkind.
Of course we're exhausted. Of course we feel disconnected.
This course is an invitation to slow down and come home.
Over six slow Saturday mornings, you’ll learn the fundamentals of mindfulness--not just as a meditation technique, but as a different way of relating to your life.
Not by fixing yourself, not by pushing your feelings away, and not by escaping....
but by connecting with the wisdom, radiance, and steadiness that is already here, waiting to be uncovered.
We'll practice breath meditation, connecting deeply with our bodies, working with emotions and thoughts in a skillful way, and generally meeting whatever arises with a warm and gentle presence.
You may be surprised by what you find when you tune out the noise and reconnect with your body, intuition, and heart.
(Spoiler alert: you are so much more than your conditioning.)
