About this Event
Welcome to The Reconnect! Come join me for a day of reconnecting with nature, our self and others at the beautiful Cement Creek Redwood Forest.
Together we will take a leisurely walk along the forest trails and dip our toes in the river, after this we'll relax among the towering redwoods where you'll be guided through a grounding meditation before nourishing yourself with cup of cacao. With the medicine of the cacao opening our hearts spaces we'll then have a moment to share what's alive for us at the time. Afterwards you have the option to join me at a local Cafe for lunch*.
What to bring/wear and where to meet will be sent out to attendees prior to the day.
