Join us on the 21st of Feb where James and Kenny from GX Fitness Glasgow take you own a journey of depth and discovery.
What to expect |
Start your morning off with a an opening circle and grounding breathwork, Kenny will then support you in pushing past physical boundaries, will embracing your true wobbles.
You will then experience the power of Breath with James as you nervously system resets with conscious connected breathwork.
Lunch time will see you enjoy a beautiful brunch bowl granola or açai - your choice! Accompanied by some loose leaf tea, a speciality Matcha or Decaf coffee (not decaf coffe to help us rest not become too stimulated)
After lunch we open with a workshop of discovery and take some time to get clear on what we truly desire in life, followed by an immersive Sound Journey and if that’s not enough… we will close the day off with a beautiful intergration and closing circle.
