Rhonda is the Executive Director of Gracie Mansion, the Official Residence of the Mayor of New York. Ms. Binda most recently served as head of ESG/CSR strategy for a publicly traded company and prior to this position, Rhonda served as the Queens Deputy Borough President. Rhonda is an award-winning Expert for the Development of Smart and Connected Communities and Emerging Industries, Co-Founder of Venture Smarter and in 2018, successfully led the “Smart Regions Infrastructure Challenge”, gathering interest from over 250 state and local governments.

Rhonda helped stand up the bi-partisan U.S. Congressional Smart Cities Caucus, Co-Chaired by Congresswoman Yvette Clarke. She served in the U.S. Department of State as a diplomat and in the West Wing of the White House, in the Obama and Clinton Administrations, respectively. Between government tours, she practiced Financial Services and Technology Law at Alston & Bird LLP. Rhonda was named Executive Director of the Jamaica, Queens Business Improvement District (BID), the largest in Queens.

She is internationally recognized as the only American “people’s choice” leader in developing smart cities. Rhonda served on the boards for the NY Hall of Science, Boys & Girls Club of Metro Queens, and Guyanese Girls Rock Foundation High School Women’s Leadership Academy. She also serves on the AIPAC National Council and the New York Venture Council. She is an Adjunct Professor at The City University of New York – Medgar Evers College and Queens College. Rhonda graduated from Duke University, Georgetown Law, and is an Oxford University Lord Rothermere Scholar, in Modern British Politics.

She is also a founding principal of DC Essex Investments LLC, a woman-owned investment firm & development firm based in New Jersey. Dionte Chantel has completed 5 new construction multifamily homes in the Greater Newark area in 2023 and has 200+ units in predevelopment construction pipeline throughout USA. With over 12+ years of real estate experience, Dionte Chantel is known for specializing in development, residential, commercial and investment real estate. Dionte Chantel’s ability to successfully leverage her business relationships, acquire off market real estate opportunities and expertise with real estate redevelopment has been the key to her successful real estate career. Dionte Chantel is committed to normalizing Women and minority developers in real estate development.

The Principal Attorney, Deborah Innocent, earned her Bachelors in Economics and Finance at St. John’s University, and then worked for Internal Revenue Service in the Small Business and Individuals Sector. She then earned her law degree at Thomas Cooley Law School and studied in Tax L.L.M program at New York Law School. She was an Associate at Andrew G. Neal, P.C. dealing with complex Real Estate Investor transactions from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, she partnered up with two other lawyers and formed VIP Law Offices, where she had a criminal law partner and another partner who practiced family law. In 2016 she formed Innocent Law, P.C.
