The run unfolds as a 5k loop through the Primrose Hill area, designed for all levels, with the focus on connection rather than speed. Think steady cadence, shared energy, light conversation, and a reminder that moving together is its own form of art.
To close, we gather for a live poetry performance, whose words offer a final moment of resonance. An emotional cool-down that mirrors the terrain we’ve just travelled. Expect spaciousness. Reflection. A soft return to yourself.
