Ah Players are excited to announce the production of a play based on E. Nesbit’s story of The Railway Children, to be performed on 3rd, 4th, and 5th October, at The Albert Hall.
Mike Kenny’s adaptation was first performed at the National Railway Museum, York in 2008 and transferred to Waterloo Station in 2010/11. It is based on the story of three children, and their mother & father, a prosperous Edwardian family, who’s lives are turned upside down when they are forced to move to the countryside, near a railway station.
All proceeds from this production will go straight back into The Albert Hall, to ensure we can continue the upkeep of our beautiful theatre.
