This workshop is a collaborative offering between Michelle Hewson of Courage and Soul - Reiki & Wellness, and Corinne Van Kampen of Whispering Birch Wellness.Together, we’ve created an intimate space for those whose lives have been touched by cancer to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels grounded and supported.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be gently guided through reflection, release practices, sound bath, and Reiki within a calm and welcoming environment.
