Two connected wellness evenings to release what’s been and recharge for what’s next. Together with Jade George, Positive Psychology Coach, we’ll take time to pause, reflect, and move with intention; closing the year with calm and stepping into the next with clarity and focus.
🤎 Evening One: Release & Reflect 🤎
Thursday 18th December, 6:00–8:00pm
A grounding evening designed to help you let go of the year that’s passed and create space for renewal.
You’ll begin with a 50-minute Pilates class focused on full-body mobility, gentle flow, and mindful movement, releasing the neck, shoulders, spine, hips and encouraging stillness.
Taking a moment to enjoy a hot drink and warm cookies we'll move into...
A guided visualisation and reflection session led by Jade, supporting you in releasing what no longer serves you and acknowledging the growth you’ve achieved this year.
🤍 Evening Two: Recharge & Reset 🤍
Thursday 15th January, 6:00–8:00pm
A fresh start for body and mind, this uplifting session is all about energy, clarity, and forward focus.
You’ll begin with an energising 50-minute Pilates class, designed to awaken the body and spark motivation for the year ahead.
Jade leads a future-self visualisation, intention and goal setting session, helping you channel focus, excitement, and purpose for the months to come, guided by your reflections from Part One.
