The Quiet Space is for the community to enjoy a safe, neutral place of calm and tranquility at Wesley Church. Local musicians enhance the atmosphere with ambient background music. Contributions towards keeping these events going are welcomed in a donation bowl near the entrance. Walk-in, walk-out any time - it's not a concert or a church service, just a moment to put aside the distractions of the everyday for a little "you-time".Our February event features one of Albany's greats, not just a brilliant paragon of instruments and skills on his own, but a supporter of countless groups, causes and individual artists over many years. However, his music for The Quiet Space has varied each time. We hope you'll join us to see how he casts his spell in 2026.
This community outreach event occurs at 2pm on the last Saturday of every month except December, and is a service brought to you by Albany Uniting Church.
