A chip-timed race through beautiful Flushing Meadow Corona Park. The course, The Rocket, is mostly flat with few turns and long straightaways that provide you with views of NYC, the Unisphere, the Fountain of the Planets, and Meadow Lake over a 3.27 mile loop for the half marathoners and a 3.1 mile loop for the 5k and 10K athletes.Parking is right next to the START/FINISH and it's just a 10 minute walk form the train station. Leave your valuables with the race team at the start.
Flushing Meadow Corona Park is the heart of Queens, runners from all over the world come here for an experience that locals cherish. Be prepared to experience this place for your first time or umpteenth time with the challenge of our times. The race will include full support on the course, water, Gatorade, and power gels, distributed at two points on the course providing opportunities for access throughout the race, approximately every mile. Multiple splits provided throughout to assure adherence to the course and provide you and your fans with real time updates on your progress. Live chip timing, live online tracking, so that your friends can watch your progress, and livestreamed on Youtube. Finisher's video, pictures of your finish and at key points on the course, and a personalized event video. Afterward, pick up your technical runner's shirt and big and beautiful finisher's medal.
