She’s known for her intuitive depth and wisdom, grounded presence, and the safe, powerful spaces she creates for women to finally feel seen and supported.
But her work began long before she became an expert.
Years ago, as a single mum to two, overwhelmed and disconnected from herself, Sarah found herself crying on her kitchen floor, realising she could no longer abandon who she was. She chose to follow the quiet inner whisper calling her into more.
That choice became her mission and led to her own soul purpose.
Today, she guides women home to themselves with compassion, feminine leadership and lived experience empowering and mentoring them to become rooted, purposeful, and courageous as they create heart-centred lives and legacies that feel true to their soul.
