The Profitable Hardscaper Bootcamp
2 Day Hands On Workshop in Seattle

Learn the systems and processes every successful hardscape company needs to run a profitable business.

In two focused days we will work together to build the systems that drive a profitable hardscape business.

This includes calculating overhead, understanding your true labor cost, setting production rates, building accurate estimates, tracking jobs correctly, and creating professional proposals that help you stand out with higher end clients.

Everything will be built step by step so you leave with clear numbers, solid processes, and a system ready to run your projects with confidence.

We recommend that attendees subscribe to Lynqify before the bootcamp. Throughout the workshop we will be building and implementing these systems directly inside the Lynqify platform, and our team will have Lynqify set up so we can work through everything together step by step.

Seats are limited.

What Should I Bring

To make the most of the bootcamp, please come prepared with the key information we will use to build your systems during the workshop. The more details you bring, the more we can set up and dial in together.

  1. Laptop
Bring your laptop so you can work through the exercises and build your systems during the workshop.
  2. Current Pricing or Estimating Information
If you currently have any pricing sheets, estimates, spreadsheets, or previous bids, bring them with you. This will help us structure your estimating system and refine your pricing.
  3. Contract Terms and Conditions
Bring the terms and conditions you currently use in your contracts. We will incorporate these into your proposal structure so your documents are consistent and professional.
  4. Warranty Information
If your company offers a warranty for your work, bring that document as well. We will help you organize and integrate it into your proposal and documentation.
  5. Business Expenses and Financial Obligations
Bring a list of your recurring business expenses such as truck payments, equipment payments, insurance, software subscriptions, rent, and other monthly bills. This information will be used when calculating your overhead and determining your true cost of operation.
  6. Company Logo
Bring a high quality version of your company logo so we can incorporate it into your proposal templates and documents.
  7. Team Photos
Bring portrait photos of three to four key members of your team. These can be used in your proposal and presentation materials to help build credibility and showcase your company to clients.

Having these materials ready will allow us to build and customize your systems during the bootcamp so you leave with tools that are tailored specifically to your business.
