This seminar will explore the necessity of sword cutting principals in evasions of attacks and the application of the first five techniques in the Kachido Aikijitsu system. It is open to all levels of all martial arts.Topics to be covered:
- 64 Steps of Tegatana no Kata with a bokken
- The importance of generating power with hip thrust and turns for evading and technique application
- Study the principles of evasions with katana, wakizashi, and tanto sword cuts
- Applying the principles of sword cuts to Kote-mawashi, Oshi-taoshi, Kote-gaeshi, Tenkai Kote-hanari, and Shihonage
