Guarding your heart starts with knowing your heart. Most of us have never been given a real space to do that — especially around dating. This event is that space.

This is not a mixer. It is not a panel. It is not a sermon. It is a faith-centered formation experience part TED talk, part live conversation where we get honest about the patterns, fears, and cultural noise shaping the way we date.

No breakout rooms. No small talk. Just one room, one conversation, and the kind of honesty most people spend years avoiding.

Here are the things people think before they register — and what we want you to know.

You can. But you haven't. There is something that happens when you hear someone else in the room name exactly what you have been feeling privately — something shifts that a journal page cannot produce. You will hear yourself differently when the truth is spoken out loud.

You do not have to share anything you are not ready to share. You do not have to speak to be moved. Showing up is enough to start.

We take that seriously. This is a facilitated, intentional space — not an open mic. The conversation is guided with care. You are safe to be honest here.
