The Press Room Presents: Holiday Card Printing Party

Join us for a festive three-hour letterpress holiday card printing workshop in our unique print shop, home to a rare collection of vintage cinema advertising printing blocks. Discover the history and craft of letterpress as you create your own personalized holiday cards using our stunning collection. Guided by experienced instructors, you’ll learn the basics of setting forms, inking, and printing on our 1955 Vandercook 219AB proof press. You'll then score, fold, and assemble your edition.

Explore your creativity while surrounded by the nostalgic allure of classic film advertising, making this a holiday experience you won't forget. All materials and light snacks are provided, and you'll leave with your beautiful, handcrafted cards + envelopes ready to spread cheer.

We are offering General Admission tickets for individual attendees making one card design. We are also offering a Couple's Package where two people get to design and print one card, in case you're sending cards as a couple.
