About this Event
The Pregnant to Postpartum Event was created to honor, celebrate, support and educate new and expecting mothers. We want to highlight you at the event and on social media, while we uplift families. Here are the ways that you can help us bring this gathering into fruition.
Vendors (merchandise or service) - Includes: 4 or 6 foot table and 2 chairs. You may bring 1 staff member to assist you at no additional fee. 5 minutes of stage time to talk about your business/organization. Youtube video feature after event.
Food Vendor - Provide beverages and food to the guests (up to 100 attendees). You will be the only food/beverage vendor! Includes: 2 tables and access to a full size refrigerator. No cooking on site.
Speaker/Presenter - Teach a class, lecture or present a workshop. 30 minutes time limit.

FYI: We are promoting this event on Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram platforms, email marketing and in-person. This is a ticketed event, however we will also distribute some free tickets to pregnant and postpartum mothers in person. The goal is to fill the facility to capacity, which is 100 attendees max.
