This 6-week course is open to members of the public who want to invest time and effort in one of most important decisions they will make in their lives. It consists of four components.The first is a video series led and developed by Nicky and Sila Lee (https://themarriagecourse.org/try/the-pre-marriage-course) the developers of a series of relationship courses for over 30 years. During the sessions, couples will be given time to share their responses to questions raised during the session. This will be done privately.
The topics include
Week 1: Introduction
Week 2: Communication
Week 3: Conflict
Week 4: Commitment
Week 5: Connection
Week 6: Adventure
The second part of the Course gives insights to participating couples into the lives of married couples who will share their own experiences in the light of the topic for the week. During the Q&A, the married couples will share candidly their trials and triumphs throughout their marriage.
Couples will also respond to a comprehensive questionnaire by Prepare/Enrich, a leading relationship assessment tool (https://www.prepare-enrich.com) to discover their strengths and growth areas. Finally, participant couples will be assigned a Support Couple who will meet with them twice to discuss their Prepare report.
The sessions will be conducted in person at KYM Tower, Mutiara Damansara (with online session only available for participants from outside of Klang Valley area, kindly PM us for more details).
