About this Event
We’ll begin with 20 minutes of gentle yoga to wake up the body and prepare it for stillness, just as yoga was traditionally practiced to support meditation. From there, we’ll move into 20 minutes of guided meditation to settle the mind and deepen awareness. Afterward, you’re welcome to stay for a short, optional sharing time, an open space to reflect, listen, or simply connect with others.
This class is for anyone who wants to start their Saturday feeling centered, grounded, and refreshed. No experience needed, just bring yourself.
