Dana and Jonalyn are co-leading this special two-hour, non-heated workshop. Between them, they bring over 35 years of teaching experience — and yes, the band is back together, and resilience is the vibe.
Through gentle restorative yoga, immersive sound healing, and a guided visualization, you’ll experience how real strength is built not through effort, but through intentional stillness. Fully supported postures allow the body to soften and release, sound vibrations help calm the nervous system, and guided visualization integrates clarity, steadiness, and inner resilience.
This is a practiced, immersive workshop, not a drop-in flow. Every element is thoughtfully designed to help you reset, regulate, and restore — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
