About this Event
Most of us move through our relationships a little too fast, trying to do the right thing.
Welcome to a space for 90 minutes where you are guided in a safe space where the opposite is true. All of the "supposed to" and "should" and get to an ending point is off the proverbial table.
On a Friday evening, you’re invited into a semi-private experience where slowing down is the whole point. You can come solo or with a partner.
We’ll work with the senses(sight, sound, smell, touch, taste) as a way back into the body. Back into what’s actually happening, instead of what we think should be happening.
There’s no goal or performance needed.
Just noticing. Letting something unfold without rushing.
You’ll be guided through simple but intentional practices that draw from authentic relating, embodiment, and a kind of quiet reverence for the body and the moment. Everything is invitational. You choose your level of participation the whole time.
This can look like connecting with yourself.
Or with another person.
People usually leave feeling a little more, a bit more honest, with a sense of openness.
It’s simple. But it’s not always easy.
