About this Event

In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment, self-awareness is more important than ever. Join us for an engaging session that explores how self-awareness can transform individuals, teams, and entire organisations. Discover practical strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, and workplace culture, so you and your team can truly thrive.

What you will learn:

• The core components of self-awareness: emotional intelligence, self-reflection, and understanding behavioural patterns.

• Why self-awareness matters for decision making, leadership, resilience, and team wellbeing.

• Practical techniques for developing self-awareness at both the individual and organisational level.

• Fostering a culture of openness, psychological safety, and continuous growth.

• Actionable tools to help you and your team feel valued, accepted, and heard.

Speaker: Jenna, founder of Success Facilitation, brings a wealth of experience in leadership and team dynamics, a Bsc (hons) degree in psychology, Diploma in life coaching and mindfulness, the sole facilitator in Scotland of a psychometric tool called PRINT®. Jenna’s passion is helping people bring their best selves to work and creating environments where everyone can thrive.

Takeaways: Attendees will leave with fresh insights, practical tools, and strategies to embed self-awareness into their daily work, pause and think about the culture they are creating/the culture they work in, leading to stronger teams and a culture where everyone wants to be.

Since we spend so much of our time at work, why wouldn't we want it to be a place where we can bring our best selves, a place we love to be, where both we and those around us feel valued, accepted, and heard.
