If so the ‘Power of Rest’ two hour mini yoga retreat is just for you!

This mini retreat is mat based and suitable for anyone, even if you have never practiced yoga before.
The retreat will start with a meditation practice that focuses on the breath; synchronising breath and gentle movement. The practice will help you to connect with your breath to calm and stabilise the mind😌
We will follow this with restorative yoga postures; a restful practice which will be seated or lying down (supine) where we hold the yoga postures for longer (up to 10 minutes each) whilst we are supported by yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets.
You will feel a sense of deep relaxation whilst experiencing the meditative aspects of yoga. With the support of the props many of the postures can be held almost effortlessly; we then just pay attention to the breath and practice different pranayama (breathing) whilst we hold each posture.
✨The mini-retreat will come to a close with a blissful yoga nidra relaxation where the body and mind will get to float in a place of conscious unconsciousness or yogic sleep, to totally relax and restore the mind, body and soul.
You will leave feeling completely chilled out.
