Parent Strong is designed to help you meet the physical demands of caring for wiggly, headstrong, and growing children with strength and confidence.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to support your body through the repetitive lifting, carrying, feeding, and floor work that comes with parenting from birth through the toddler years.

You’ll walk away with practical, real-life strategies to move more efficiently, reduce strain, and build resilience so you can keep up with your kids, feel strong in your body, and show up fully in both parenting and everyday life.
