Join us for “The Power of Personalities: Mastering D.I.S.C Communication,” instructed by Denise Swift Hendricks, Real Estate Consultant and DISC Certified Coach. This interactive session will help real estate professionals move beyond theory and apply DISC communication styles in real-time conversations, negotiations, and client relationships. You will learn to quickly recognize personality tendencies, adjust your approach with intention, and build stronger rapport from the first interaction. By understanding how different personalities respond, you can reduce misunderstandings, minimize friction, and guide transactions seamlessly while creating a more confident, client-centered experience.
DISC is a behavioral assessment that provides insight into how individuals prefer to communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure. By learning to recognize these personality styles, agents can improve rapport, reduce misunderstandings, and guide conversations with greater confidence and clarity.
During this session, Denise Swift-Hendricks will lead participants through the DISC framework and provide practical strategies that can be applied immediately in daily business interactions. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of their own communication style, learn how to quickly identify the styles of buyers, sellers, and fellow agents, and leave with simple, actionable language to help keep transactions moving smoothly.
This event is $40 for members (this covers the assessment fee) and $60 for non-members.
