Julie Payne, Founder and President of Attractour, brings more than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. Her company focuses on helping destinations grow through strategic partnerships, business development, and industry education. Julie began her career after earning a tourism degree from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and has held leadership roles developing tour programs, marketing strategies, and destination partnerships.
She holds professional certifications from the National Tour Association, American Bus Association, and Student & Youth Travel Association, and was honored in 2022 as a Women in Tourism Award recipient in New York City.
At AAF-Amarillo, Julie will share insights on The Power of Partnerships, exploring how building meaningful relationships and industry connections can shape careers, strengthen communities, and create lasting opportunities.
