About your host:
Jo is a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher helping to learn tools and approaches to manage stress and to live a fulfilled life. My background is rooted in education across the UK, however my experience of living at a monastery in Nepal was truly life changing. Since then I’ve been dedicated to guiding adults and children walk their personal mindfulness path.
