Join Jill for an aromatic experience where the world of fresh herbs takes centre stage. Learn tips for growing and harvesting various herbs, along with their transformative power in elevating your culinary creations.

Each participant will take home an herb to plant in their garden.

• Herbed Cheese Bread with Cow’s Creamery Butter
• Vibrant Pea Soup with Fresh Mint and Crumbled French Goat’s Cheese
• Shaved Carrot Salad with Lemon Herbs Dressing Topped with Pistachio
• Rosemary Pear Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream

• ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE: Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you are not able to attend the class, feel free to to send another person in your place.

• MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS: We are not an allergen-free facility. Attendees are responsible to take their own necessary medical precautions (e.g. if you have a food allergy, bring your own EpiPen).
• ILLNESS: If you have symptoms of any respiratory or gastrointestinal illness, please do not attend.
