This special event marks the official kickoff of a powerful new series created to support women in reclaiming their energy, confidence, and vitality through movement, wellness education, and meaningful community.
Hosted at Beautiful You Health + Wellness and presented in partnership with Women of Worth (WOW), this experience brings women together for a morning of renewal, connection, and empowerment.

The She Is Worthy Care Drive
As part of this kickoff experience, guests are also invited to participate in the She Is Worthy Initiative Care Drive,
an initiative led by Women of Worth (WOW) to collect essential hygiene products for women in need within our community.

This first experience focuses on restoring energy and supporting women experiencing burnout, fatigue, and metabolic changes.
The Energy Reset is designed for women who feel like their energy has been depleted by the demands of work, family, and life.
Through movement, conversation, and wellness experiences, guests will explore how to support their bodies and regain vitality.
