About this Event
Have you ever been sad, angry, jealous or deeply disappointed?
Of course you have. You’re human.
And yet — how often have you heard:
“You’re too emotional.”
“Calm down.”
“Don’t overreact.”
Especially as women, we are subtly trained to soften, dim, and regulate ourselves for the comfort of others.
We celebrate success.
We celebrate productivity.
We celebrate strength.
But who celebrates the moments when we don’t feel great? What if embracing them was the key to a happier, more successful life?
-----------
Sadness.
Anger.
Shame.
Disappointment.
These emotions are not flaws.
They are signals.
They tell us:
- A boundary was crossed.
- A desire was ignored.
- Something matters deeply.
When suppressed, they don’t disappear.
They turn into tension, resentment, burnout — or an emotional explosion at the worst possible moment.
With International Women’s Day approaching, this workshop is an invitation:
Not to be nicer.
Not to be calmer.
But to be more honest.
Let’s reclaim the emotions we were taught to hide.
Let’s understand what they are actually protecting.
Let’s learn how to express them consciously — without drama, without guilt, without losing ourselves.
What to Expect
This is an interactive, in-person workshop including:
- Short, powerful insights about how emotions actually work
- Practical reflection exercises
- Guided movement to safely express and release emotional energy
- Space to explore anger, jealousy, shame and disappointment in a grounded way
You won’t just talk about emotions.
You’ll experience them — differently.
You’ll Walk Away With:
- A new relationship to your “negative” emotions
- Greater clarity about your boundaries and desires
- Practical ways to express emotions without suppressing or exploding
- A practical lens for interpreting emotions and responding differently in real situations
And maybe most importantly:
Permission to be fully human.
