This FREE 11-week program helps families express emotions through art, crafts, games, and more! With groups for children, teens, and adults, the whole family can learn to better communicate and strengthen bonds!We help:
✔️ Children ages 3–11 and youth over 11 express emotions and feel seen and valued
✔️ Parents and guardians initiate meaningful conversations and create a safe space for their families
