Having supported hundreds of women over the last two decades to achieve more with less stress and greater ease, Daksha believes that millions of ambitious women feel stretched, stuck and struggle to put themselves first, without feeling guilty - but it doesn’t have to be this way.

Looking back, depression, burnout and being a carer for 10 years for her elderly parents, made her realise that personal resilience and self-leadership has been the key to enabling her to navigate challenges in business and in life.
Daksha has over 25 years’ experience of managing people, delivering personal development workshops and one to one coaching. She has come to learn that true sustainable change only happens from the inside out.
