Discover why boundaries matter and how to set them with confidence in this practical, reflective, and empowering workshop.
About this Event

As a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Trainer, I believe it’s essential that we deeply understand the nature and function of boundaries in clinical work—for the safety of both our clients and ourselves. But before we can use them effectively, we need to ask: What are boundaries? And why do we use them?

This one-day workshop offers a dynamic blend of theory and experiential exploration, with room for reflection, discussion, and even a little humour. Together, we’ll unpack what boundaries really are, why they matter, and how to work with them more confidently.

By strengthening our understanding and practice of boundaries, we build not only our clinical confidence but also create the secure container necessary for therapeutic work to unfold. When boundaries are clear, both client and therapist can relax into the process, knowing the space is safe and held.
