Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, heartbroken, or simply pissed off with your boss or partner? We often hear that we should calm down, breathe through it, or just get over it. But that’s not always possible — and it’s not always healthy.
When anger stays stuck in the body, it can cause tension, exhaustion, or even physical illness. Suppressed anger doesn’t disappear — it waits. And eventually, it explodes.
What if your anger could actually help you?
Ignored or repressed anger can damage your health, relationships, and energy — but when understood, it becomes one of your most powerful tools for growth.
Anger can help you make courageous decisions, set healthy boundaries, and finally speak your truth.
In this women-only workshop, you’ll learn:
- What anger really means and why it’s important
- How to recognize and express anger in a healthy way
- How to transform anger into strength, clarity, and action
- Simple techniques you can use anytime to release tension and reconnect with yourself
We will also work with the body to let the anger move and release. Through guided physical and emotional exercises, you’ll have a chance to express what has been held inside and experience the sense of relief and lightness that comes when you finally allow your emotions to flow freely.
We were taught that anger isn’t “ladylike”—that good girls should stay calm, kind, and composed. But denying this emotion only hurts us. It’s time to learn how to befriend your anger and use its energy to build a more authentic and balanced life.

👚 What to wear: warm, comfortable clothes — we’ll be both sitting and moving

💶 Cost: The workshop itself is free. There is a €5 contribution (cash or Tikkie) to share the studio and material costs
