How can Anger, Power, Love & Connection co-exist? And how can you experience this through your body rather than through your mind? Join us for a journey to your most powerful source of energy: your Anger!
This workshop is a 1-1.5 day adventure through your inner landscape where you will learn to play & dance with your Anger, and you will experience what Anger can do for you. Fight “for” something rather than “against” something, stand for your values, find clarity in your priorities and much more!

SCHEDULE
Saturday
Doors open: 9:30
Program start: 10:00
Lunch break: 13:00-14:00
Program end: 17:00
We will propose a variety of tools and body-based practices inspired by three approaches: the PLAYFIGHT (Matteo Tangi lineage), HONESTY and NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATION. We will merge verbal and non-verbal expression to cultivate awareness and assertiveness (rather than reactivity).
Saturday’s sessions will be mainly led by Playfight Facilitators Elena and Joris. We will also offer soup and bread during the lunch break, with tea and snacks during the day. If you would like something more substantial for lunch, please bring it yourself (maybe also to share!).

Sunday
Doors open: 9:30
Program start: 10:00
Program end: 13:00
You will awaken your inner warrior through the ancient Māori tradition of HAKA! Haka is the ceremonial war dance coming from the Māori culture. After learning its background, profound meaning and symbolism, you will learn how to use the power of your body and voice to perform a simple yet extremely powerful Haka. You will be guided to purposely step into your Warrior archetype, access its qualities and use its energy in a healthy empowering way.
Sunday’s session will be led by Marco. Marco has been trained by Māori cultural ambassador and musician Matiu Te Huki, who empowered and allowed him to share with people a beautiful Haka that Matiu has created. Marco performs and shares this practice from a place of respect and humble curiosity.

If you cannot make it on Sunday morning, it is also possible to buy a ticket for only Saturday. However, we warmly recommend doing the full experience.

We hope to see you there!
