During this immersive hour, Sue will share her knowledge on how crystals can enhance our healing journey, promote balance, and amplify our intentions. From calming amethyst to energising citrine, discover how these beautiful gemstones can assist you in finding wellness and harmony.

You'll also have the unique opportunity to experience the soothing energy of Reiki during a group meditation led by Shashtee. The session is designed to help you to connect deeply with your body, releasing any tension and inviting in rejuvenating healing energy. Shashtee's calming presence will help settle our minds, centre ourselves and fully embrace the energy of the moment. To conclude the session, Shashtee will lead us in a beautiful blessing meditation, inviting peace and light into our lives.

You are welcome to bring your favourite crystals; however Sue will have a rich offering of crystals that you will be able to choose to use during our time together.
