The Polruan Shuffle returns on Sat 14th March 2026! – 12 miles of scenic Coast path along the south coast of Cornwall from Looe to Polruan, 1 feed station part way at Talland Bay, 5 hour cut off, plenty of hills and steps to keep you out of mischief...
Register at East Looe Guildhall from 6.45am.
Start on east Looe Beach at 8am.
Feed station at Talland Bay.
Finish point at Polruan Village hall.
Live GPS tracking, medals for all, awards for top finishers, free race photography, optional extra minibus return & race tee.
Mandatory equipment list for runners to carry:
-Whistle
-Hi Vis top / kit bag or reflective aspect / strips for visibility / safety.
-Foil Blanket or survival bag.
-Lightweight Waterproof top (can be wearing)
-Long trousers / running leggings or tights (can be wearing)
-Hat / gloves (can be wearing)
-Chocolate bar or some form of nutrition.
-Small First Aid Kit (plasters, wipes, tape)
-1 litre of fluid.
-A spare lightweight warm long sleeved top clothing in your pack.
-A fully charged working mobile phone.
-Paper with your name and your NOK mobile number written on it (in a waterproof bag)
-£20 Cash Recommended
-Collapsible/reusable cup - (This item is not mandatory but there are no cups at the CP)
