Sound baths for kids are gentle, soothing experiences that expose children to calming sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes and others. They're designed to support emotional regulation, self awareness, sensory integration, relaxation, and even improve sleep- in a kid-friendly way. Each session will have a different theme.Our time together will include:
-Gentle movement to get out the wiggles & giggles
-A short guided meditation or breathing practice
-Sound bath with possible incorporation of story element (age dependent)
-Hands-on with the instruments
Children are not expected to sit silently still for the duration of the session; however, they should be able to relax quietly as to not disturb others and follow simple directions. This is not a child minder service; Parents are welcomed and encouraged to stay and enjoy the sounds as well!
Sessions may be modified for age and attention span.
These sessions may be purchased individually or you can purchase a Pass for 3 classes and receive a discount (there is a specific tab for it on the main scheduling page).
